Xplorer Diving Club – Payment Policy

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the trip start date.
  • We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • All prices are quoted in EUR or Egyptian Pounds. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • Payments made by card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation more than 45 days before the trip: full refund minus 10% administration fee.
  • Cancellation 30–45 days before the trip: 50% refund of total amount paid.
  • Cancellation 15–29 days before the trip: 25% refund of total amount paid.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the trip or no-show: no refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Changes & Modifications

  • Any date changes or modifications requested by the client are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Name changes are allowed up to 7 days before departure for a fee of €50 per person.

Force Majeure Xplorer Diving Club is not responsible for cancellations or refunds due to weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, or any events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or credit notes where possible.
